GCK Gas Insulated Low Voltage Switchgear

The shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates and has been treated with electrostatic spraying to have good mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The interior of the shell is divided into multiple independent gas-insulated chambers, each chamber is equipped with switching elements and busbar systems.

The insulating gas generally uses sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) or mixed gas (a mixture of SF6 and N2). Gas insulation systems include gas storage devices, pressure sensors, gas purification devices, etc., which are used to store, monitor, and process insulating gases to ensure their insulation performance.

Switching components include vacuum circuit breakers, isolation switches, grounding switches, etc., which are installed in gas insulated rooms. As the main switching component, the vacuum circuit breaker has the advantages of strong breaking capacity and long life.

The busbar is composed of copper or aluminum busbars and is installed in a gas-insulated room for transmitting current. The busbar adopts a circular or linear layout and has a compact structure.

It is equipped with measuring instruments such as voltage, current, gas pressure, etc., and can be equipped with an optional remote monitoring system to monitor the operating status in real-time. It also has multiple protection functions such as overload, short circuit, and insulation failure.
