Overview

FZN21-40.5 type high-voltage vacuum load switch and combined electrical appliances, suitable for three-phase AC 40.5kV, 50Hz power system, or with a set of distribution equipment and ring network switchgear, combined power station and other supporting use, widely used in wind power generation, network construction and transformation projects, industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings and public facilities, etc. It can be used as a ring network power supply unit or terminal equipment, which plays the role of power distribution, control and protection. The technical performance of the product meets the requirements of GB16926-1997 "AC high voltage load switch-fuse combination electrical appliance" and 1EC420 "AC High voltage load switch-fuse combination electrical appliance".

This product has the advantages of large breaking capacity, safety and reliability, long electrical life, frequent operation, compact structure, small size, light weight, and basically no maintenance. It has the ability to break the rated current, overload current, short circuit current and prevent the equipment from running without phase, the switch has an obvious isolation fracture, and is equipped with a ground switch and an electric spring mechanism related to the closing capacity, and has the remote control ability.

Normal operating environment

1. The ambient air temperature does not exceed 40°C, and the average plant measured within 24 hours does not exceed 35°C, and the lowest ambient air temperature is -25°C; 

2. The effect of solar radiation is negligible;

3. Altitude does not exceed 1000m;

4. The surrounding air is not significantly contaminated by dust, smoke, rot, corrosion and combustible gases, vapors or salt spray;

5. The average daily relative humidity planting does not exceed 95%; The average daily steam pressure does not exceed 22kP2; The average humidity of the lunar phase does not exceed 90%, and the average monthly water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8KPa

6. Vibration or ground movement from outside switchgear and control equipment can be erratic;

7. The amplitude value of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6kV.
